Pros
Someone else wrote "Some original talent and great people still working there." I agree with that. It's a good thing to be able to call to mind as it is important to work with winners.
Cons
Tardy responses to filling mid-management positions lead to difficult situations that snowball. Favoritism.

Jan 18, 2021 - Customer Success Manager in Belgrade, Central SerbiaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Was a great company, working was fun and nice and great people.
Cons
Unfortunately, upper management made some strategic mistakes that brought this great company to a bankrupt state :(

Pros
Laid back culture, generally cool people, exciting work, global opportunities
Cons
Management is just awful. I really get the impression that the higher up you go in this company, the less you actually do. I had 2 awful managers in a row. Both of whom had no idea how to provide guidance or direction. Neither seemed invested in my success or growth, and one of them was simply impossible to communicate with. This place is a great stepping stone if you want to learn about the digital ad ecosystem and that's about it. Unless you can find a manager who knows how to actually manage... it's a hard place to grow and get promoted.

Mixed bag
Apr 19, 2010 - Assistant Marketing Manager in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good benefits, innovative, and with some really intelligent people. They change fast in a fast changing industry. Depending on the position there is travel involved, and management is flexible and understanding.
Cons
Organizationally dysfunctional with brick wall communication. Interdepartmental unity isn't always there and the culture isolates the power base to a small group and can be very exclusionary.

Pros
- decent technology/ad serving platform - benefits & vacation are on par with most employers - opportunity for growth - synergy of MM and parent company DG's TV business is excellent as ad serving technology moves ahead - excellent opportunity to learn many aspects of interactive media
Cons
- technology grows faster than the knowledge base of employees - current management only looks at bottom line and doesn't place much importance on employees - large focus on 'in-market' locations (NYC, LA, CHI) - other locations are 'less important' and have less opportunity - all of the dev team is in Israel but most of operations is in US
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
management has become more lax about the working-remote policy. They know we're all getting our work done, so it doesn't matter where we complete it from. This is a global technology company. its about time.
Cons
recent changes in management have led to focus on cost cutting. Which means employees are working 60hr/weeks without new headcounts being added to any departments.
