Run the other direction! One of the lamest group of managers you could ever meet. From the President down.......
Sep 16, 2014 - Account Manager in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Free food and beer for on Mondays and Tuesdays when the delivery arrives....get it fast before the gluttonous slobs devour everything or take it home with them.
Cons
Lousy management, very inexperienced sales team unable to land business. The LA office is certainly on the way out. The Sales team has lost one major account after another, but seem to blame everyone else, namely client services and creative services.

Enjoyable and a great leaning experience.
Oct 9, 2012 - Anonymous Intern in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great life. Allow people to balance their work and personal life very well. Main goal of the company is to get your work done, regardless of how many hours you spend in the office, one can also work from home.
Cons
Sometimes the office can get very silent due to the amount of work keeping people busy.

Awful management
Mar 22, 2021 - Billing Specialist in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Casual office environment and good location
Cons
Horrible management, managers and department heads did not care about their teams. Wasn't surprised at all when they went bankrupt.

There is a big gap between execs and the rest of the company.
Sep 28, 2014 - Client Services Manager in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people around you are nice. Open space leads to more interaction between teams. Free snacks and taco Mondays. Some happy hours and internal events every now and then.
Cons
Executives moved to Austin and they never really introduced themselves to the office. Many employees don't even know who is who. Plus, who wants to work at a place where the company's own CEO won't even say hi to you and looks the other way when running into him in the hallway.

Great learning environment, great people, nice office, free food, laid back environment, regular training sessions, Friday beers, social activities, great office management.
Cons
Horrible senior management, favourtism of employees, everyone is there to bend over backwards for a sales team that can't sell, cliquey environment, negative and fed up staff, employees rewarded based on perception of work rather than real work, high turnover of employees.

Run, don't walk
Sep 19, 2014 - Anonymous Employee in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Snacks provided Office in front of 6 stop, easy commute.
Cons
Sizmek-DG-Mediamind-Unicast-Eyewonder has a real identity crisis. Their operational leadership would rather pick apart work of front line employees than handle any of the big issues affecting the company. There are a few executives who are rude to everyone they comes in contact with and don't understand the business enough to be leaders. The NY Office has lost 30% of their people in the past few months with more on their way out.
