Pros
Someone else wrote 'Some original talent and great people still working there.' I agree with that. It's a good thing to be able to call to mind as it is important to work with winners.
Cons
Tardy responses to filling mid-management positions lead to difficult situations that snowball. Favoritism.

There is a big gap between execs and the rest of the company.
Sep 28, 2014 - Client Services Manager in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people around you are nice. Open space leads to more interaction between teams. Free snacks and taco Mondays. Some happy hours and internal events every now and then.
Cons
Executives moved to Austin and they never really introduced themselves to the office. Many employees don't even know who is who. Plus, who wants to work at a place where the company's own CEO won't even say hi to you and looks the other way when running into him in the hallway.

Things Could Be Better
Nov 1, 2014 - Anonymous Employee in Atlanta, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Lots of smart people with lots of passion and industry know-how Lots of freedom to do your job the way you see it best Company can invest in new ideas and new products
Cons
No vision to take advantage of the company resources, so good product and tech ideas get ignored You basically get ignored. Your direct management understands the issue, and tries to help, but is helpless Company basically just buys new companies, and forgets to actually innovate.

Disorganized systems and unprofessional management
Oct 1, 2012 - Producer in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
A few good eggs. There are a handful of talented people - but is overshadowed by higher management that do not have talent, skill, or experience.
Cons
Mostly bad eggs. Management does not treat employees with much respect. A lot of disorganization and unclarity.

Not the company it once was, inside and out
Aug 14, 2013 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Some original talent and great people still working there
Cons
- Unstable and uncertain future for all employees due to changing 'company vision' - C level management unapproachable and unfriendly, do not care for employees. - No company wide unification between multiple merged companies - Company no longer has the direction and commitment to succeed - Bottom line is the only consideration for any major decisions

Ex - Product Marketing Manager
Nov 2, 2014 - Product Marketing Manager in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
In 2014, Sizmek (formerly Mediamind) really managed to turn around their culture following the departure from DG. Now have a strong set of global values and the company is very globally connected. Progression is available. There is always plenty of work to do when competing with Doubleclick/Google. Some very talented people work there who are loyal to the company that used to be Eyeblaster years ago. With over 44 offices worldwide it still feels like a small company and its easy to get things done and make decisions. Very flexible in terms of remote working policy and attire. Local offices are always in high spirits and greet travelers with open arms making it fun to travel.
Cons
Needs better support around initial training. Having such a global company can be a challenge, especially when so many developers are based in Israel. Need to have a thick skin for occasional client gripes and master clear communication with teams overseas.
