    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Medialets full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    New company, highly motivated CEO

    Cons

Product was constantly failing although the idea of the product was great as 100% mobile based. Issues with reporting, getting and retaining new business. The company culture was great, the people were the best part. However, this company was very high stress due to the fact that it was a start up.

I worked at Medialets as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Eric's energy is great and contagious. The way the product team follows his vision is testimony to his leadership style.

    Cons

A few egos left unchecked mean the work environment is not the friendliest. Although the company is still relatively small, there is too little collaboration between the different teams.

    Advice to Management

encourage (and why not enforce) more collaboration between product, account management and designers.

    Pros

Eric really wants a good work environment and tries his best to keep the employees happy.

    Cons

Interdepartmental fighting, but management wasnt afraid to get involved. A bit of a lack of focus as far as company direction is concerned

    Advice to Management

Promote from within, don't contract out as much as those idea people leave the company.

I worked at Medialets full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I wish I had something to say here.

    Cons

No stability or security. High turn over positions. Often, when you apply the position name has been changed slightly and they will tell you they are on boarding you due to growth. When in reality, the position and expectations of the position are not reasonable, so hence, they continue a cycle of turn over.
