Pros
Mediavine is life-altering in the best ways, and I know that sounds dramatic, but it is true. We are able to impact the lives and businesses of our publishers in so many positive ways, but that extends to employees as well. There are ample opportunities for growth at all levels, and what's more is that people see and appreciate hard work. It is rare that what you pour into a job is noticed, but it IS here, and that has not changed since my last review a couple of years back. Leadership is supportive and there is plenty of autonomy to be creative, have ideas, and contribute in meaningful ways
Cons
Any cons are related to growing pains, and they seem to sort themselves out. Sometimes higher level outside hires can bring a predisposed view of what "level" of employee can have a voice or idea that is valued, and one of the things that makes this a great place to work is that even entry-level voices can be heard and make an impact here. That is a learning curve for some people and can cause hiccups until they buy into it as an improvement.
