    Pros

The other billers are intelligent, professional, and very willing to help each other.

    Cons

The president of the company does not know or have any interest in learning the medical billing system.

    Advice to Management

The president of the company needs to allow his staff to be his eyes and ears. He is constantly trying to manage the company but he doesn't know the first thing about billing.

I have been working at Medical Billing Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I honestly do not know.they use outdated DOS program outsource billing to India....which hurts us Americans who have the education and experience.Yet, they do it because it's cheap..

    Cons

Micro manage good employees they have left...others left due to a peer thinking she was a supervisor, demeaning others while manager is out of office

    Advice to Management

Make it clear to people you hire what the role is.listen to employees when they all express concerns
