    Stipend for first 2 months until you are practicing on the floor

    Pros

    Good co-worker, free lunch, free parking, flexible schedule . 20 word in pros is too much, can’t find any. Stay here to work because of health insurance

    Cons

    Dirty restroom, lack of housekeeper in the weekend. Short staff all the time. Poor, bully, lie management.
    No pay raises, no opportunity to promote

    Advice to Management

    They need better supervisors and managers

    Multiple hospital events. Pays the bills.

    Cons

    Good place for clinical staff but no career path for non-clinical roles. Sub-par benefits even though in the healthcare industry. Heavy office politics. Salary is below average.

    Advice to Management

    Focus career growth on all roles not just clinical roles.

    None. Getting off of work

    Cons

    I have been working at MCP a full month. My first week I was ready to quit due to the poor management and unorganized establishment. 2 nurse leads on the ER are Very snobby and unprofessional. All they do is complain, complain, and complain.

    Advice to Management

    Need new management. Organization sucks here. Not a good work environment
