I worked at Medical Facilities of America full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Staff on floor and general co workers great to work with, generally supportive, and make the day go by.

    Cons

Non competitive pay, standard raise only, poor benefits, and general lack of support at supervisory, administrator, and corporate level. Difficulty getting time off, berated for taking time off, and often with low census forced to use PTO to fill missed time. Safety concerns for infection control and patient care. Chronically short staffed with high turnover.
