Staff on floor and general co workers great to work with, generally supportive, and make the day go by.
Cons
Non competitive pay, standard raise only, poor benefits, and general lack of support at supervisory, administrator, and corporate level. Difficulty getting time off, berated for taking time off, and often with low census forced to use PTO to fill missed time. Safety concerns for infection control and patient care. Chronically short staffed with high turnover.

Good coworkers who have to support each other in a tough environment since there is no other support to turn to

HEAVY work load, no support for staff, extremely high turnover, low staffing, HIGH patient:staff ratios, terrible management. poor patient care due to inadequate leadership, poor training, and low wages. POOR quality administration, HR, Nursing Leadership, and educators.
