Pros
Charlottesville Health and Rehab truly is a wonderful place to work. I have worked here for over a year and although there have been changes in management and some turnover does not take away from the wonderful environment and all of the benefits that MFA provides its employees. There are so many opportunities within the company that current employees do not take advantage of and I don't understand why. One of the biggest assets to being a part of this company is the opportunity for growth.
Cons
I often hear complaints about nursing turnover.... Welcome to the world of healthcare. It's going to happen no matter what kind of facility you work at.

Pros
great environment to work in. good independence and upward mobility
Cons
like all facilities lately, staffing has been substandard with large holes in nursing and CNA staffing.
