Very Nice people = Workers
The Worst Management I have experienced in my entire career. Top Down - No Vision, Shame and Scold Based - No Sharing of ideas, spend and waste money and place stress on the office staff that do finance accounting and billing because of bad leadership, poor Decisions and lack of Vision. Do not Recommend this for a new employee or an experienced one.
Advice to Management
The Inner Management circle is arrogant, incompetent , has no vision, does not respect the workers, constantly makes poor decisions that cost money, poor planning , crisis management - using people for their own gain and bonuses -Smoke and mirrors and illusions reign here.
They need to practice what they demand of the workers. They do and spend what they want and blame, shame, and threaten to fire engineers that are trying to do their jobs with no training, no documentation and no support - No one has your back ! Advice = Take some leadership courses and also some community service to learn how to treat people. YOU LEAD PEOPLE - YOU MANAGE THINGS - GOOD LEADERS CREATE LEADERS - BAD LEADERS CREATE TIMID FOLLOWERS AFRAID TO LOSE THEIR JOBS !
It's a good place to work
I didn't like the long hours

Start up company , some growing pains, not ready to take things to the next level yet. some decisions were made without researching the market.
Advice to Management
Better communication- part of the growing pain process where a company is focused on an agenda and the people in the field have practical input, but management isn't ready to absorb that info or make those changes.
Lot's of opportunity to learn
Small company. no R&D center
Work wasnt too complicated for the pay.
It was bit relaxed
Too many chief not enough Indians
Management is trying to run the company like a mom and pop shop but company has grown past that.
If you try to make this better, you're told no changes.
Unsafe work environment
Ran by an engineer that has no idea how to run a compan
