    Pros

None, there are not any pros to this company.they are very racist, no respect,no loyalty, horrible, and the benefits are a complete joke

    Cons

Working with immature high school babies, they are Hispanic racist, appears to be mafia affiliated, you have to fight off the roaches to heat ur lunch in the microwave,,horrible, despicable medical company

    Advice to Management

    Take a reality check

    Pros

Some of the best reasons to work there would be the atmosphere and the people. When you can go to a job on a daily basis and your day is smooth all day then that is the place you should be.

    Cons

They are not currently hiring so I will be volunteering until I am hired or I find a job in my field.

I have been working at Medical Plus Supply full-time

    Pros

    Promotes from within the company

    Cons

Inexperienced managers/supervisors, unprofessional employees, lack of adequate and consistent training for employees

    Advice to Management

Need to employ better managers that can lead professionally and effectively instead of belittling, gossiping and showing favorites. Managers need to lead by example.

    Pros

They don't micromanage! Great experience and car allowance

    Cons

No training, family owned company, they don't reimburse on time or consistently. Not the best pay.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together

I worked at Medical Plus Supply full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great if you want to get into the healthcare industry. If you don't have and B2B experience, you will love the opportunity, AT FIRST! There isn't really any training so you will learn a lot from experience. Once you get your foot in the door with the hospitals, you can move on to other companies. If you're experiences, you won't work here long!

    Cons

Very unorganized and you will go into debt. There is no expense account. You spend your own money and you will EVENTUALLY get reimbursed. I remember waiting 6 months before I was reimbursed. It can really hurt your budget if MPS is withholding $1,000 of your money. The ad is not accurate! You don't make anywhere close to $100,000 a year!!! The car allowance is $615 a month. Its a fixed amount so if your territory expands, you wont get additional money.

    Advice to Management

You need new Management. All of the management is related so many have a nonchalant attitude if you're having issues. The Sales Manager is married to the Vice President and the Vice President is the daughter of the CEO. The Vice President is really compassionate about her job but she can't really change anything.
