I worked at Medical Staffing Network part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They keep you busy and have amazing staff supporting you.

    Cons

No cons, it is an staffing agency you know that you will be one of the first one to get call off if the facility is over staff but they can't control that so it is not against them.

    Advice to Management

Maybe have meetings with staff to get to know everyone, I only knew the recruiter and the scheduler in person no managers.

I have been working at Medical Staffing Network (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have worked for MSN on and off since 2005. My local branch is in Lansing Michigan. Kristine Harris is awesome at her job. Roxanne Osborne is also good.

    Cons

They used to pay out of the local office, now it all goes through Florida. I would say in the last few years at least 20 times my pay is not there on payday. I called earlier today...made sure all my time cards are in and no problems that would affect me getting paid. It is 7:10pm and i still have not gotten paid. I have a Comdata card...it should be easy. This has happened repeatedly and im tired of it. I dont think it is too much to ask to expect to be paid on the payday. I have checked with other nurses that work other agencies and have found no one who just doesnt get paid on their payday. This is getting ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Make sure your employees are getting paid when they are supposed to.!!!
