I have been working at Mediscan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive pay, benefits, training, catered friday lunches, management that cares about its employee's as well as its clients. Paid holidays, sick days, PTO, and 401k

    Cons

24/7 environment might cause you to work on rotating weekend's. You will not be giving a good positon to start, but they will give you the opportunity to grow into somthing better.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing and everyday come to work with the idea of how to make your company s stronger and more profitable.
