- You will be overworked and underpaid - They go on and on about how it’s a family company and now you’re family, instead of actually paying you a livable wage - The job can easily be done from home, but they are working to take this option away. The CEO himself said that “if you want to work from home, this is not the company for you”. - You will be severely micromanaged - Lack of effort across the board because they have everyone taking on too many responsibilities. People just do not care anymore about all the tasks they have, nor should they. - It is very obvious that they favorite foreigners and move them up quicker. - Any raise you get will be insultingly small
