    Pros

    Was at Medivation for less than a year and now it's Pfizer, but what a wonderful and talented staff. Loved the smarts blended with a wonderful sense of fun, camaraderie and kindness.

    Cons

    When a big company buys a small one, so of the team and family-oriented culture is lost.

    great leadership team committed to helping patients, families and all impacted by cancer. Salaries and benefits are great.

    the work pace is very fast, leading to some employees not taking advantage of their vacation time
