Pros
Small, agile growing company until bought by a big company
Cons
Small company lacked some resources
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Great Pipeline. Great Benefits and Perks. Poor and incompetent Senior Leadership.
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great pipeline of drugs. Free healthy snacks. Competitive salaries for higher grades positions. Easy access to public transportation. Flexible hours. Telecommute. Good benefits. Fast hiring.
Cons
- Poor senior leadership. Incompetent directors, senior directors and VP who are at their position not by merit but by favor or because they have been with the company for a while. You have very knowledgeable employees reporting to clueless directors and senior directors. What a waste of talent. A lot of those leaders operate in silos. No vision. No knowledge of the industry. - The incompetent ones are threatened by the highly qualified ones and push them out of the doors. - The acquisition news. The company stability will always be threatened by acquisitions. - Small company mentality fostering too much politics. - No change management. - Turnover. There are no recognition programs in place. No knowledge of talent management and retention. HR role in managing and retaining talents is non-existent. - No career development program. - Too low salaries for lower level grades. - Complete lack of communication. - Lack of skip-level communication and management. The voice of the employees is not heard.

Pros
Great people Healthy snacks (provided for free) Many new projects in the pipeline Company is growing so you can put your stamp on evolving processes/SOPs Generous PTO accrual
Cons
No real sense of unifying culture because over half of the employees have been here for a year or less due to recent rapid growth. Too many meetings - no one has time to do real work because they are constantly in meetings. We've lost that small-company feel - Everyone is new, so no one knows how to get things done or who can resolve issues. Trying to find answers can feel like an endless game of telephone. Lots of shift in the upper level management - could ultimately be for the best, but just feels like instability in the short term.

Pros
Great vision, good product and portfolio, Saving patient lives, fairly competitive salary, good benefits, good location, free drinks- coffee- fruits- snack-food
Cons
Small company mentality. Original employees combative of changes. refuse to grow and change their business practices for the better. Lots of clans and gossiping. Poor and non-existent processes. Promotion/ advancement is on the favoritism basis instead of merit. Incompetent senior leadership. Inefficiency.
