Great benefits and they are basically paid for by the company as you get the money back per check. Cafeteria is cheap with great healthy food.
Cons
Dull and boring workplace, no culture, no one seemed to ever want to be there. Not well taken care of facility, always dust, etc all over. Long hours No real direction when moved to a new position.

The pay is good. Coworkers are good people and in general very friendly.
Cons
There is a definite work life versus private life imbalance. Senior management pits departments against each other rather than working as one company. The benefits are marginal at best. The company spends a lot of time trying to convince the employees they have a great benefits package. Career path not great in IT. There are only three levels and then you have to wait for someone to retire or hire many more people but they run lean so they usually only replace and never add. They don't embrace new technology very well so you'll probably be doing whatever you get hired to do for a long time.
