Pay, PTO, other than that not that great.
Cons
Long hours, (you will never know what time you get off) Management is awful (None of them know what they are doing, none of them have the same goals and each shift is run completely different) the harder you work the more they will screw you over.

- no professional development by upper management - no work from home flexiability - long hours and long hours when you travel as well - "old way" of looking at things - watch out for people sucking up to upper management
