I have been working at Medtronic full-time

    Pros

Money, benefits and advancement. If you are single and enjoy traveling-this is it.

    Cons

You become a number and not an employee. Travel=80%. Less home time. Delegated to too many studies at one time causes burnout, frustration and revolving door of employees leaving for less aggression in workplace.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate what you have with who you have. It is not a factory-we are advancing healthcare day by day and need to be diligent in all we do to get to where we are going. Adding more and more studies and responsibilities to a overloaded employee, weakens the whole scope of what we are trying to do right.
