I worked at Medtronic as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Employees are very willing to help to make sure you have all the tools you need in order to be productive. Very willing to teach you. They understand that the more they teach us, the more they will get from us.

    Cons

I honestly did not find very many downsides to working here. The work is challenging and rewarding and the people are cooperative. Very enjoyable experience overall. The only complaint I may have comes from the fact that it is a large company, the level of involvement with all the branches of the company is very limited.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!
