    Pros

Positive, encouraging environment with a focus on personal development and growth. The Business Development Team is absolutely amazing and supportive of each other.

    Cons

Sometimes long hours, but the benefits of helping our patients and changing the world for the better far outweigh this con.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! Love the consistent focus on personal growth and push to be the best we can be!

I worked at Medulla full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have benefits, and great people on the team.

    Cons

You are trained and then they send you out with people that don't even use the process to bring in new patients. It felt like insurance fraud as if I was telling people they had something that I told 50 other people they had just to get a sell.

    Advice to Management

    Work life balance is essential

I worked at Medulla full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Gain a lot of experience working in an office/clinic setting. Extensive training for the future.

    Cons

They expect a lot for the little amount of pay. I was a CT so I’m not sure about the pay for other departments. The training could also be seen as a con most people have to drive an hour or more to corporate for it and it’s a lot of information to learn over a short period of time. The benefits are way too expensive and PTO is a joke.

    Advice to Management

Offer benefits for a reasonable price and also raise the wage for CTs.

I worked at Medulla full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My team was phenomenal and the only reason I stuck it out for more than 6 months.

    Cons

Where to begin - C-suite makes mid to high 6 figures and has the rest of the employees eating crumbs. P3 is their company mantra. Performance, People and Patients. People are the last thing they think about. The company has essentially been run the same way for several years. Employees are worked tirelessly, receive meager pay and the benefits are a mockery. No 401k match, expensive benefits, little vacation time, and their idea of investing in their employees is a psychotic cult-like weekend seminar that employees pay for and have to take vacation time for.

I've been with several companies and this is the first time I felt that a company was designed to revive indentured servitude. Just because a majority of your employees don't have more than a high school education that doesn't give leadership the right to treat them as unskilled labor.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the parasitic leaches of the company and employ outsiders. Too much inbreeding within leadership has cultivated a bizarro company that's divorced from what most high functioning companies are doing. Quit hearkening back to the 18th century. Society has changed since then. We even got cotton mills, automobiles, and vaccines these days. Embrace the 21st century you might like it.
