Used to be a company where you can start as a beginner and learn a lot. Since all seniors left there are no one to learn from.
Cons
Starting from a salary to working environment, everything is just wrong. You agree to one amount but when you are given a contract there is another amount written. So while the amount from contract is transferred to your account every month, the rest is given to you in envelope in cash. Than when you start working there is nobody to explain the basics so you have to stress and try to figure it out all on your own. After a while when you do learn a job, there’s all kind of manipulation and privacy policy disregard. Not to mention no matter how nice members of your team are, the atmosphere there is just toxic. They use 4 apps to track and monitor workers, without their permission, of course, which is according to GDPR totally unacceptable. But it looks like some people there have developed Stockholm Syndrome and management definitely count on it. A sinking ship, that’s what this company is.
