    I worked at Megafon full-time

    Pros

High potential in internal growth. Challenging environment and strong competition on the market makes you learnand move fast. High geographical mobility.

    Cons

Political unstability in Moscow makes people nervous. Potentially long busines trips, however well paid and fully covered. Probably lack of well educated top management.

    Advice to Management

It could be a good idea to use results based apprisal and internal consulting to evaluate the team's spirit since many people complain about "deff" management.
