Top Review Highlights by Sentiment
- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
It's a small company and the workplace is really nice. Salaries are above average and my coworkers are easy going.
Cons
Nothing much to say here.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The environment is positive and helpful, the people here can help you with your everyday needs to progress on your understanding of software programming There is a consistent and structured routine, especially regarding the management tasks and prioritization. The salary provided usually is above average. The staff usually speak English and this can be very helpful for international employees. The location is great, with 5'-10' walk you can get to any metro line or bus stop. The management makes the effort to improve the business processes in order for employees to feel more like "at home". The product that they provide is well developed and maintained.
Cons
Usually you have to do all the facets of a web development task(in developers language "stack"), which for some people can be overwhelming, especially if they are not well rounded in their skills. Because its a small company, you might receive responsibilities that are well beyond your title or experience(eg having to interview internship candidates). Also on the previous point, you could have to "carry" a whole task by yourself with minimal support, which in itself can be overwhelming. The office is an open plan office and you cannot have a quiet space to concentrate, which could require you to get some noise cancellation headset if you are easily distracted by noise and also other distractions that can be very annoying and break your concentration.

Pros
Nice environment, very helping team. I learned a lot about how an agile development team works.
Cons
My internship was only two months long, so I didn't encounter any cons during my time here.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Good team communication Separation of Well Identified Roles The ability to contribute your own ideas
Cons
I was not sure what the overall goals are within the department.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
- Great & warm environment - Supportive/humane management - Opportunities to learn/grow/take initiatives - Flexibility in working hours if needed - Work/life balance
Cons
I grew so quickly that I found a more competitive offer.

Pros
Several projects with challenges for the beginning of one's career. Friendly and supportive environment for junior developers. Continuous effort for development of the company and its employees. Everyone's opinion counts.
Cons
There's not much to say here.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
The advantages of working here are numerous • Stability - having a global client base means the company remains unaffected by local crises and continues to grow • Freedom of choices - employees are encouraged to take initiative and take ownership of their work in order to achieve their (typically mutually assigned) goals in the way they see best • Few unnecessary things to do - every job has tiresome/repetitive tasks but overall in this case they are kept at a minimum • Global project - Megaventory offers the chance to play in the global league since it is in the top 10 of solutions in its industry world-wide • Able team - it is always a priority that the quality of employees brought on-board is kept as high as possible • Results-oriented - the point is to get the work done and there is flexibility if necessary to take a day or two off or work from home
Cons
Perhaps the only point to consider is that the company doesn't benefit from the dynamics of a very large company - not presently at least.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Friendly and flexible enviroment, that encourages your growth as an engineer!
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Flexible Hours - Remote Work - Friendly Team Atmosphere (including great Team Bonding events) - Agile Development Team Structure - Freedom to take the initiative and grow as an engineer by coping with demanding projects - Interesting field of work and global presence - Great new offices (center of Athens, Greece) - Small and flexible team means you play an integral part in the decision-making process - Senior Management has established a trusting relationship with the rest of the team
Cons
- Nothing important to note here, apart from the part that the Megaventory family could add on a few more members (although it is in the process of doing so!)
