    Pros

Great work-life balance with acceptable workload. Colleagues in my team were friendly and respectful.

Maximum exposure towards learning to deliver excellent service towards VIP guests. The role also requires you to collaborate with many departments, ensuring to satisfy the needs of the guests.

    Cons

Due to the flexibility of the management to meet the needs of the customers, there are a lot of grey areas with the instructions and regulations.

I worked at Melco PBL Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Good industrial exposure. Work with worldclass hoteliers and solve challenge everyday.

    Cons

It's a big organization which in a way discourage efficiency. Don't find any entrepreneurship spirit too much. If you are looking to think out of box, be innovative and creative, this is probably the company you would like to work for.

    Advice to Management

Restructure the organization to encourage the talent to stay and push efficiency.

    Pros

came across as a hip, new company with lots of energy... unfortunately that was misleading and many people soon left

    Cons

With an all Chinese management team being an expat was a difficult situation to be in. Slightly racist outlook on foreign team members

    (Translated from English)

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Essayez d'aller au-delà des différentes personnalités et d'avoir une vraie compréhension de ce que le professionnalisme signifie pour chaque discipline. Encouragez davantage le travail d'équipe.

    Pros

    Good entertainment value, great shows

    Cons

Management has no honor or concept of employee or skill retention, simply wish to hire the cheapest, labor possible at the expense of higher payed talent. When they feel that you have become too expensive or outlived your "usefulness" they will underhandedly buy you out of your contract and then use predatory and threatening tactics to make sure you go away quietly.

    Advice to Management

Stop cutting costs and getting rid of your best and brightest talent. They can only keep doing this until god forbid someone gets killed, and maybe then that won't even stop them.
