    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Memento (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of work, especially if you're scientifically educated, and salary is not too bad either. Students in Leuven are generally eager to learn, which is a big pro in my opinion.

    Cons

Contact with your students is prohibited outside working hours, which means everything has to go through the boss' office. This would not be a big deal if he was organized, which he is absolutely not (often get last-minute calls to organize a session etc.). Additionally, it is impossible to have a conversation with the man for under 5 minutes, for he spends most of his time talking to you and other tutors about everything that crosses his mind.

    Advice to Management

Don't waste other your and people's time by constant chatting, and focus more on the organization of your bureau.

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Memento full-time

    Pros

no pros ... very unprofessional company to work for

    Cons

the company offers bad benefits, they take back your retirement benefits if have to leave before 3 years ... people are manipulative and deceptive. They cannot be trusted and they go back on commitments, this company simply rescinds offers so be careful if you reject other offers to join here... they fire easily and are unsure of its decisions. they are unprofessional as they easily promise promotion and then back out.. overall, a bad company! HR is extremely rude

    Advice to Management

Try to keep your commitments or else, don't promise.
