    Pros

Large company with plenty of space to move around. They hire a lot of quality people.

    Cons

No longer offer pension plans. pay rates are not as high as other hospital systems. pay raise is 3% per year if you have a good review. Memorial hermann insurance - can only choose memorial hermann associated providers. everything else is out of network

    Advice to Management

give current employees a reason to stay and not job hop somewhere because of pay.

I have been working at Memorial Hermann Health System full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Multiple locations
    Low average salary

    Cons

    Low pay
    Very heavy on administration
Low patient satisfaction due to low employee moral
Employees are not allowed to question authority
    Low communication

    Advice to Management

Focus on patient care not just the numbers of each hospital. Managers and directors are getting bonuses off productivity which results in the over of billing patients. Employees satisfaction scores are not true findings.
