    Pros

Decent food, decent teamwork, lots of things to learn if your just starting out.

    Cons

    Oh boy where to start:
*lots of bullying by team members
    *constant rule changes
    *NO WAY TO SWITCH SHIFTS
*some shifts refuse to help each other
    * pay is below average
    *management is almost never helpful
*many people last less then a year
*constant harassment by nurses and doctors
*they offer to help schedule around schooling but then don't.
*rasies are very small and only once a year
    *advancement takes forever
*lack of consistency with training new people
    * and there is more but this is the gist of it.

    Advice to Management

Get your tails in order. Keep a solid training protocol, actually FIX the bullying issues instead of laughing it off, help out with the staff like your supposed too. Also work on making changes instead of letting things build up to the point where almost TWENTY people mass quit within 6 MONTHS. Maybe if you LISTEN to your staff and FIX THE PROBLEMS we all wouldn't quit!

    state of the art hardware

    Cons

I worked at Memorial Medical Center (IL) (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A lot of interesting cases and many chances to learn new things. Great instrumentation and highly technical facility. Leading the nation in it's practices.

    Cons

A lot of shift tension and employee unhappiness. People are not treated the same. A lot of back stabbing by management breeding hostility all around.

    Advice to Management

Although the facility is packed with leading equipment and technology, the ethics of the employees and management are more like preschoolers, some getting away with terrible acts and others not. It is an atmosphere much like children playing off of divorced parents,
