    Great innovations. Good people. Good pay. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Very overworked. It's like working 2 full time job but getting paid one full time salary.

    Advice to Management

    Work life balance is more important and effective in retaining staff. We are expected to operate at our best but at some point when you are overworked, quality of care will go down.

    They do not hire enough people. One person doing the Jobs of two people.

    Listen to Employees when they are telling you they have to much on their plate.

    Clicky, not much advancement if you are a minority or not becoming a nurse
