    Working in Professional Sports for a team that is very community and team focused on professional development.

    Cons

    Sports is a highly competitive environment with minimal management positions and you may have to move around to move up.

    Grizzlies fans are die hard fans that have no money. B2b is a must in order to hit quota

    Cons

    Not much new business in city thus tenured reps have business and steady referrals.

    Pros

    Memphis has affordable cost of living, there are opportunities to work for multiple sports properties; and great spot for starting out and learning the biz (not for longevity, though)

    Cons

    Unorganized upper management, Toxic work environments, Limited professional development, Low pay, High turnover, Lack of cohesiveness between departments

    In-arena employees get to enjoy great basketball while working, great leadership, great pay, great teammates to help out whenever you need it, and the benefits are extremely competitive

    Cons

    Hours vary and can get a bit long at times, but if you're an hourly employee, it's always worth it.

    Great as a starter company to enter the sports industry.

    Cons

    Somethings seem bias here and not much growth opportunities available. A lot of turnover. Pay isn't great either.
