    Fairly hands off management style, company trusts us to get our work done and use our time without having to micromanage. Warm family friendly environment.

    Your experience at this company is closely tied to your direct supervisor. The supervisors vary greatly in style, approachability, and commitment. Little room for advancement in some positions.

    Advice to Management

    More comprehensive training for new employees. Better compensation for lead positions.

    The people are the best part of this organization and it used to be an incredible place to work with a great culture and family/work life balance.

    Cons

    Great staff are being driven out by the CEO. It's become a very poisonous workplace.

    Advice to Management

    Replace the Executive and attempt to keep current key staff before everyone leaves.
