I have been working at Mercator (Slovenia) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The only reason why I work in Mercator is satisfying salary, I wish it was better surroundings and better organisation.

    Cons

Lousy organisation, corrupted management, privileges have only colleauges that came to work with strong connections. It seams that working hard doesn't rate.

    Advice to Management

I advice to change management, but that doesn't mean it would change the way they operate.
