    Daimler Brand, Looks good on resume. If you get into the right team, it's fun. Onsite Trips and perks.

    Pros

    Job Security , Free food, On-site trip, No work most of the time, heaven for people who do politics.
    regional bias.

    Cons

    There are too many cons', My suggestion don't join MBRD, Bangalore,
    - Worst HR and Management team
    -Internal employee feel like there genius in earth ,but here most of the work done by contract employee and externals .
    Hell for externals,
    -Most of the people here they don't know how to behave professionally,Using local language every where
    - Few teams are good here, Technically you wont learn anything.

    Advice to Management

    Fire Old -aged people first. Hire Good talent people.
