      Pros

      work was not that difficult, young staff, opportunity to travel, get basic business skills. If you are fresh out of college and looking for a job, admissions is a great place to start. It gives you skills in higher ed and business.

      Cons

      no room for advancement, management was not trained, some staff choose to put their work onto others and faced no consequences, weekend work

      Pros

      Paid holidays, free tickets to sports events, family oriented, supply tools needed to do my job, will pay for IT training

      Cons

      No room for promotion, very small pay increases or none
