Cons
• Employee turnaround is not the best (only because they; the employees didn't want to work). • Highly competitive co-workers . • Can't think of any other Cons. • Can't think of any other Cons. • Can't think of any other Cons.

Pros
Fellow employees were outstanding, sincere, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Office was located in nice part of north western Plano
Cons
Complete lack of ethics. Micromanagement that changed on a whim of senior management. Defective products. Out dated business plan and lack of core strategic planning

Pros
I can't possibly think of a single thing. I'm trying so hard to, but I feel like I'd be lying to myself.
Cons
It's a mess. Everyday something changes. Nothing is ever consistent. It's like, they have a goal and need the help desperately; but they just have no idea how to do it. To make matters worse, they would just hire people impulsively. Anybody that looked like they might have been any bit of help to the company, they hired.. and then fired within the next month because they don't know how to make smart decisions.

Pros
NO PROS Company had unreal management problems . Saw 4 mangers quit during a 3 month period. CEO got fired in October. Guy running sales was a call center guy with no real sales skills. Outside sales guys went days and without appointments. Outside guys all quit really quick as they are commission only.
Cons
Management constantly changing, Spent more time moving desk then training.

Pros
The 0% processing fees and Merchant Pay. Both are going to be game changers in the industry. Not the same old stuff offered by other merchant service providers.
Cons
Tim Lund!!!! Can't leave things alone long enough for the company to take off. Overall the idea and programs that the company offers are fantastic. However, the CEO wants immediate gratification as though the company has been around for years and was just a startup. Empty promises Management by fear... don't produce unattainable numbers and you're FIRED! Your job is constantly being dangled in front of you.

Pros
The salary is decent for Texas living standards. The office location is conveniently located and accessible from all areas of North Texas.
Cons
Where do I start? This company has no training for you to be successful. Management points the blame on you because there are no processes in place on how to do the job. Speaking of management, they are very incompetent people with less than desirable work/employment history. Management itself has no idea what their roles and responsibilities are. Poor leadership and lack of accountability exist here. The work environment is like a high school classroom. So much gossip around the office. So much so that the Sherman location was shut down and everyone was fired because people were talking too much. There are groupies here and if you are not in the right one...bye bye. The turnover rate of employees is very high. I have seen people come and go like the wind.

Pros
The commission grid is very generous, it states after signing leases, a high pay out.
