The pay is high and benefits are decent.
Cons
Some members of the upper management team are manipulative and unethical. They'll say one thing to your face and another behind your back.

They pay well and have good benefits.
Cons
This company is still trying to find their way. They don't have much management in place after being acquired by Integrum. This company also laid off 48 people while still hiring. They hire people and have them leave previous employers just to lay them off within less than 90 days of employment.
