Commercial Customer Service Representative
What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I’ve inquired about pay but it’s gotten nowhere.

The company recently hired a new CEOOO who has brought in a new management team. While remnants of the old culture do exist, Tom and his team are working hard to shake things up. His new team is highly motivated, very professional and ready to put in the work required to make MeS a stand-out in it's field.
Legacy employees do help some of the old cultural issues linger. Attitudes need to shift along with new management philosophies and a new "start-up" culture.MerchantE Response9y

I joined in early 2015 and I've seen a fantastic transformation throughout the year. I think MeS floundered for a few years after they were acquired by Cielo but now they are on track for a huge comeback. New management, new product management and a new focus on building cool payments software are making MeS a fun place to work and learn. There's a lot of work to do and creative new ideas are encouraged.
Still need to add more engineers but overall it's a good place to work with a fair workload. If this is something you can help with please come and join us. :)3MerchantE Response9y
