Pros
Exciting, fast paced environment with really great people to work with. Work / life balance is indeed a priority. We do work hard, but we are able to enjoy life outside of work both with co-workers and with family. We have the opportunity and the empowerment to build something great together.
Cons
As with any company, we have our weaknesses. The resource gap has closed considerably which tells me people are listening. There are certainly knowledge gaps, but it's nothing we can't overcome. Most people are dedicated to making MeS a great place to work.

Pros
Casual work environment. Solid work life balance. Competitive pay and benefits vs other local payment companies. Convenient Buckhead location. Fantastic people and fun corporate events. Investment in technology that makes it easy to collaborate and work effectively.
Cons
I can only eat so much Bucket Shop Cafe (though it is a good place).
