    Good people to work around , Good place to get experience and grow with different airlines that are handled by Mercury

    Cons

    Long hours and have to work 24/7 can get crazy at times if you are single or have no kids. It's a good place to work for

    fast paced and always busy. people there are funny and great to work with. had a great time working there.

    Cons

    working in the holidays and weekends, especially holidays. if you have a family this job is not for you.

    Plenty of overtime
    Free life insurance
    At minimum 2 weeks of vacation a year

    Cons

    No opportunity for raises
    Physically demanding
    You have to work weekends
    Hard to get your vacation days approved

    I have been working at Mercury Air Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great Vacation time accumulation. Opportunities for growth.

    Cons

    They dont give raises. Training structure is unorganized. Dont feel appreciated here.

    Advice to Management

    Don't expect to not have a high turnover when you dont give raises. There is no incentive for longevity. If you dont care to honor a year's worth of work with not even 10 cents increase for an employee with a great review. Then you dont deserve them. Get it together!

    Pros

    Medical benefits paid 100% for employee and their families if the employee makes less than $45k a year. HR is committed to employees. Ownership truly cares for cargo agents. Supple tal benefits are excellent. Free parking.

    Cons

    Management needs additions training. Have more employee activities.

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay for mighty shift. Continue to train management.
