    Pros

    Mercury drug has the complete benefits and a great career in speaking of selling drugs thru customer care and comfort, This company is the leading drugstore nationwide. Salary increment which is 5-15% per annum which depends from the performance of an employee.

    Cons

    You are assigned far from your hometown. Lack family time, strict management and vacation leaves or sick leaves are not necessarily adopt as you need it due to lack of staffs in the area.

    Advice to Management

    If you're hiring an employee please do it in a timely manner don't let the applicants wait for a long time , for a call for a shortlists and etc. In this way if you did not minimize this act you may lose your market and. Trust for the public. Grow if you're truly growing company.

    Pros

    its the best way to develop your excellent customer service, the employer-employee relationships, and you will be able to develop your mental alertness to respond immediately. it is also great to work them because they offer a good salary and the benefits.

    Cons

    the monthly sales quota is very high. sometimes very difficult to reached because we have so many competitors. most of the people chose to have generic medicines than the branded one.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work. please continue to help your employees. the owner, Mr. Que is one of the best. and May God Bless You Always.

    My best reason why work in mercury drug to help and support my family needed. It such good thing to be part of mercury drug if ever i hired.

    Pros

    can definitely experience the real settings of community pharmacy, great exposure for beginners and lots of different branded and generic drugs can be in countered.

    Cons

    a lot of people patronize mercury drug store so expect a daily hectic shift,stay alert & most of pharmacist serves as cashier at the same time.

    prioritize your pharmacist in giving time to counsel the patient

    Pros

    Mercury Drug is one stable company.They offer good benefits including health and medicines. They provide rice subsidy every other month in the form of cash.Incentives,transportation subsidy,profit sharing,anniversary bonus,performance incentives and of course the christmas bonus.

    Cons

    As a Pharmacist as well as an Assistant branch manager its very hard for me because i performed dual position and at the same time i fill up the position where there is a need to performed prompt service . Most of my days spent I have no regular rest days.

    Advice to Management

    Try to take care of the Pharmacist specially ABMRP' s . Try to appreciated the fact that Pharmacist are the life of a drugstore .
