    long hours with no additional reward, tight deadlines with projects most typically under staffed leading to pressurised work environments. work/ life balance non existant.

    Great on the job training Great co-workers

    Cons

    Hours are crazy I was contract for 8-5 five days a week and ended up expected to work 7-7 six days a week. Management can very extremely aggressive Pay is very poor compared to the amount of hours you do
