One of the best places to do a co-op. Awesome training with awesome projects leads to awesome all around experience.

The only con would be that you don't get out to see the manufacturing floor very much. Location is a con as well. Fond du Lac is kind of boring.

Very good experience in regards to day to day tactical responsibilities and exposure. Co-workers were reliable and fun to work with, upper management was supportive of analyst and individuals underneath them.

    Cons

Turmoil between departments in demoralizing. ERP software is extremely out of date. Furniture and office cubicles are worn out and needs to be replaced.

    Advice to Management

The turmoil between departments needs to come to an end, it made me not want to come to work anymore. Less Micro managing needs to occur.
