    Pros

Great people and they were very flexible with my college schedule. Very understanding and an average workload. Worked there for 4 years.

    Cons

The main downside es the pay. I worked in environmental services and the pay was very small for a full time position.

    Advice to Management

Grant more raises to good employees so that they will stick around. More incentives for hard work. Weed out the non producers.

    Advice to Management

Pay raises need to be commensurate with the emplyees hard work put in not just the same across the board for everyone.

I have been working at Mercy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Impossible to get fired, so great job security. Most people are very nice

    Cons

Management protects their jobs very carefully. Unwilling/afraid to make the right choice when it contradicts other management

    Advice to Management

Decisions take far too long. Empower your employees to make decisions and take charge. As one other employee said to me, "If management would recognize the 5 star employees they have, retention wouldn't be the issue it is."
