I have been working at Mercy Health full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Extremely nice people to work with who are very dedicated to the mission. Mercy!s most important assets are their employees who are extremely dedicated to the mission set by Sisters of Mercy.

    Cons

Too many project and not enough staff. Poor management with juvenile attitude who need basic sensitivity training to be kind and respectful to staff, vendors and other departments we work with.

    Advice to Management

Please take a close look to IT operation and listen to staff’s concerns.

I have been working at Mercy Health part-time

    Pros

Used to be a really good place to work. Upper management and mergers has made it less than ideal to work for.

    Cons

Insurance makes you use Mercy doctors only. Not good for people who live in Northern Kentucky. Cannot use St. Elizabeth facilities.

    Advice to Management

Let us go back to our previous medical insurance company

    Base pay was high....but there's a reason!

Unsafe for nurses. Unsafe assignments. Apathetic/ineffective management. Treat nurses like crap. Turnover is embarrassingly high!

    Advice to Management

Follow the rules that have been put in place to keep both the patient and the staff safe.
