    Great co-workers and a wonderful unit manager. The self scheduling 3 12s are a huge plus.

    Cons

    Staffing can be bad at times. But the teamwork usually makes the bad days possible to get through.

    Managers always asking for input and changes you'd like to see. Bonuses each quarter based on performance as a team.

    Cons

    Can sometimes be stressful (as with any healthcare job). People who are sick do not like to be told they owe money, as expected, so if asking for money makes you uncomfortable it might not be the job for you.
