Leadership is wonderful in my department, co-workers are team players, and the schedule is flexible.

All around, training is not up to par. Understaffed and overworked as with any healthcare job currently.

I came back to Mercy after 5 years of being away and I love it here. The friendly faces, the help, the community, the comradery. I don't think I will leave here again.

Pros
I have liked my experience so far working here. I cannot say a whole lot since I have been here for a short period of time.
Cons
During the hiring process the company they use for background check could not pull up anything from my educational background to my working background. I think they need to get another company for their background check.

Location, short commute to work
Cons
Holes in scheduling, 3 years and 4… nope… 5 managers, guilt trip when calling out sick, supervisors won’t step in to help outside of their normal hours, and they will work you every hour they legally can.
