    Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for growth, they do a lot of community outreach, and there are wonderful programs for employee assistance such as the coworker crisis fund where they help coworkers during rough times.

    Cons

They are VERY selective in their hiring process and tend to not take chances when hiring someone.

I have been working at Mercy full-time

    Pros

Good health insurance at a reasonable price, room for advancement, love most of people I work with.

    Cons

Upper management focuses on things that seem petty and unimportant, pay is less than desireable, people seem to get let go quite often.

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing on the petty stuff and look at the big picture. I feel like we are micromanaged and picked at.
