I have been working at Mercy San Juan Medical Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, Dignity Health is great in all other settings except Mercy San Juan

    Cons

Before the change in management HR leadership was a bunch of crooks. The CEO is dirty. This is the worst hospital in all of Dignity Health. The nurses are grumpy, the hospital is unsanitary and you can tell how dissatisfied employees are.

    Advice to Management

Going in the right direction after change in HR leadership
