Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Like other health care systems across the country, we’re taking difficult steps to address the heavy economic consequences of the COVID-19 crisis. We’ve taken proactive measures to provide the necessary care for our co-workers and their families. Our hearts go out to those impacted by these changes and the unprecedented impact of this global pandemic.

Don't work here
Mar 2, 2022 - Registered Nurse in Saint Louis, MORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The only good thing about Mercy is my amazing coworkers and friends.
Cons
You are not respected here. You are just another body to fill in the gaps of all of the short staffed floors. It doesn't matter what you are and aren't comfortable with, if they say you are needed you're going. Don't think about PTO or vacation days, those are things of the past. This place will wear you down and run you over.
