good benefits is the only pro that the company has
Cons
patient privacy is not a concern for any employee I ever worked around at the front desk or as a MA. Doctor always push work off on MA's that they do not want to do so they can come in late or leave early. when you book patients the way they realize they are running behind they are mad at you. Management only cares about the opinions are the providers.
