    Mercy has lots of opportunities for career growth and most of the coworkers are great to work with.

    Cons

    Leadership needs to make up their mind and create goals that matter. This may help retention and structure for their workers.

    Had a terrible experience with senior leadership and corporate leadership. Pay is low and growth is extremely limited.

    Top leadership have handled the covid-19 epidemic very well

    Cons

    Some pockets of poor supervisors / middle management but good overall leadership from upper management at Mercy in general.

    working remotely when needed, flexible with time off

    Cons

    executive leadership fails to live out the values and standards they expect of their co-workers. Lacks guidance on direction. Needs to be focused on increasing salaries of lower level co-workers rather than increasing executive positions and promotions.

    Leadership is transitioning toward you inexperience leaders without background knowledge or experience. Organization is top heavyOrganization is top heavyOrganization is top heavy because have too many levels of management and large pay discrepancy between senior leadership and middle management. Leadership must practice servant leadership. Leadership is focus too much on the short term and is reactionary.
