I work with the best team! Our leadership is amazing! They truly care about you as an individual. They provide flexibility and allow for a good work life balance. Mercy's mission is truly an integral part of their policies and integrity.
Cons
I have not directly encountered any issues. I will say job security for upper level management is rocky. But, that's really true for any corporation.

As you mentioned, our employee-focused approach is what drives us to offer great benefits, including a wonderful work-life balance, while supporting a driven but fun space! Mercy has continued to build a health care system for the future. For example, we are setting the standard response for COVID-19. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services asked Mercy to share our process for the COVID-19 test collection site we opened on 3/14/2020 in St. Louis. HHS says it's a best practice and they are sharing it with federal, state and local partners. Our work continues as we set up additional test sites throughout Mercy.
